Henning Inc. is proud to continue its mission by creating a critical supplemental food program for children in need at Title 1 schools across Anchorage
Anchorage: Henning Inc. is proud to announce the launch of Rocket Fuel, a new program dedicated to providing supplemental nutrition to children in need at three Title 1 schools across Anchorage. This initiative is designed to help ensure that students have the food they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond. Rocket Fuel has provided direct support to 100 children, providing meals and snacks to help alleviate food insecurity and support their overall well-being.
Since our founding in 2020, Henning Inc. has focused on providing vital support to Alaskans in need. Our mission began with a commitment to emergency sheltering and housing, but over time, we’ve expanded our focus to address a broader range of community needs. We have always been guided by a peer support and lived experience model, which has allowed us to connect with individuals and families in meaningful ways. With Rocket Fuel, Henning Inc. continues to grow its impact, ensuring that children in our community have the resources they need to succeed academically and thrive in their everyday lives.
